Stephen Hill founded NZ Property Services with a vision to provide a next level of service and workmanship. From his back ground in Hotel Management, Facilities Management and commercial Capex projects, he has first hand experience with corporate processes and compliance regulations to ensure that NZPS team members conduct themselves to these high expectations.

Retaining Walls & Ground Structures
NZPS has extensive experience with the construction of retaining walls, from smaller Keystone landscape structures to engineered timber pole SED walls to Steel `I' Beams with Timber waler inserts. We can also install Interlocking concrete blocks to assist with any urgent or emergency land slides or bank subsidence to protect your property.
In conjunction with Retaining walls NZPS has expert builders who have constructed kilometers of domestic and commercial timber fences, pool style fencing, Decking and stairs.
With our solid industry knowledge and civil contractor relationships we can complete all your wider landscaping needs such as introduction of topsoil, a wide range of stones and suitable planting to compliment any situation.
